As part of BMW's customer experience audit, we were tasked with creating printed and digital documents that could visualise a customer's journey within national BMW and MINI showrooms.

We knew the focus of this design would be to create something that was visually striking and easy to work with. Practical information was held together with strong typography, a brand-focused colour palette and unique image development.
